Iphone 6s icloud locked

HI i bought an iphone 6s it is not second hand and not used by anyone else escept me

what happened is i broke my screen which made the touch broken too , so it did wrong passwords by itself untill it sayed connect to itunes , when i finally did everything they told me to do the icloud account and password and i dont even remeber any of them (the pass and the acc) pls HELP ASAP
